PROPERTY RENTAL AGREEMENT

A non-refundable
deposit of $200.00 is due within 14 days of the booking. The balance
is due 30 days prior to arrival. Please send personal
check or money order to:

A fully refundable security/damage deposit of $200.00 is also due 30 days prior
to
arrival. The money will be returned to you upon your
return home providing that there
is no breakage, damage or missing items. All utilities
are included in your rent. We do
ask that you use them carefully.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m.-Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
There is no smoking in the condominium.
Pets are not allowed.
Partial week rentals are available
during LOW season
Upon receipt of your final balance, you will receive all of the information you
will need
once you arrive. The property is a gated community and
there is a manager on duty
24 hours/day. Once you arrive the manager will show you
to the condominium orient
you to the space and provide you with the electronic
device that will allow you to open
and close the gate for your car.
The condo is relaxing, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The views of the
ocean and
the sounds of the waves are spectacular, as is walking
on the beach and experiencing
island life.
